The above-mentioned products run exclusively on AWS and separate from our other cloud-based customized solutions. HR processing could be done within the office or remotely, ideal for those in a work-from-home arrangement.
Technical support through voice call shall be accessible within office hours. However, on-site technical support is available subject to additional fee. Instructional videos, meanwhile, are being produced and uploaded in Youtube. Outside of office hours, concerns may be coursed through email and Viber. These shall be queued and attended to the following business day. Prospective clients, meanwhile, may course their concerns through our FB Messenger.
The company values the privacy of its clients and stakeholders as a vital component of its core business of developing superior software, systems, and services. The company assigns a username and password which could be changed at anytime by the client. Once the system is up and running, the entries or names of employees enrolled in the system shall be the sole responsibility of the client including reportorial obligations to government agencies.
Unpaid subscription fees for two months shall result in temporary account suspension. Suspended accounts may be reactivated within two to three months provided that all fees are settled. Accounts with unsettled dues beyond three months shall be removed from the system.
Only the audit trail from the preceding year shall be retained in the system. Employee and payroll records will not be affected. The clean up is part of the annual technical maintenance of the system to ensure smooth performance.
